Making the switch
I have been using Moveable Type 2.661 for almost two years (first post, March 17, 2004), but I really wanted to change the look and feel of the site. Most of the MT templates are specific to MT 3+, so with that and the price of MT, I decided to switch to Wordpress. The installation was very easy, as many people have documented.
But I do want to point to this link on redirecting Moveable Type entries. It was the last piece of information that I needed to make the switch.
